Nopass
From EZ-Flash Wiki
The nopass devices are effectively the third generation of passme devices, they are usually no bigger than a standard DS cart.
Unlike the earlier passme devices the nopass devices rely upon the fact the encryption of DS carts was cracked and then reimplemented, the author of the no$gba emulator series being the person responsible for cracking the encryption.
There are currently a quite a few nopass devices available however not all work with EZFlash products, if in doubt the EZTeam have made their own called the EZPass 3 which works on all EZFlash products and should work on all the major DS flash carts too.

* Connect pins 1 and 7 together (pin 1 is the pin on the left hand side if the pins are facing up and towards you) and sleep mode will work), people have used electrical paint, solder, aluminium foil.....
** splash is actually a menu. does not appear in GBA mode.
