Add the following lines to the end of your EZ4 romlistds.txt file. It's found in the sysbin folder.

Thanks to Killerbong for keeping this up to date. Please see the last page of this thread for all future updates.

Note: This may not allow the game to run, it will allow you to copy the file over to the miniSD card correctly without generating an error in the EZ4 Client.
Those games listed as cyan have been tested and confirmed working. Those listed as red do not work.

Any empty line is required at the bottom of the romlistds.txt file. If it is not present, it will cause the EZ4 Client to either fail to load or crash upon loading.

See the following post for advice on manual updates:
viewtopic.php?t=905&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=165

Manually updating the romlistds.txt is no longer needed. Grab XML2romlistds and follow the instructions in the readme.

Hhmm, correct. It is missing the semicolon at the end, however it doesn't appear to affect anything.

Ah. Found the missing quote. Number 443.

Time to update my source code to include it. Thanks.

The state is indicated as "cyan" but this game is not functioned as the white screen out right after the start. :cry:
It goes without saying that this game is worked on SC and M3 perfectly. 8)

nori2nori.

It works fine for me. I have no idea what it's about, but it works fine. It might need a passme device to work. I don't use flashme, so that might be the reason I can get it running.

@Slade

I understand it works with PassMe, but it does not work on my DS lite console with FlashMe. If you think EZ4 is not needed to work on the flasme console, there is no ploblem, and the "cyan" is very appropriate state. 8)

Ok, I changed the status to reflect it requires a passme device to ensure it works properly.

@Slade

I rechecked if "0449" worked or not with a passme, then I confirmed that it worked properly. After that, I rechecked it with flashme, then I confirmed that it worked too!!!

It was really not worked in the past, but I don't know why it workes now :cry: I might not use the latest loader or client software. I'm very sorry for the mistake information. "0449" is working on my DS Lite console with FlashMe now. :oops:

Don't worry about it. Things like that happen to people all the time.

Can anyone else with a flashme based DS confirm whether rom 449 does or doesn't work ? I have no real intention of flashing my DS just to test this out and then to unflash it.

Thanks FAST. I'll change it back to working (cyan), if someone else has a problem with this game, please ensure you're using the latest EZ4 Client and latest EZ4 Kernel. If you're still having a problem, create a thread and it will be discussed.

If anyone has a difference in compatibility, please ensure you post whether you're using flashme or not. That way the game can be double checked by others using similar hardware.

what specifically does "crashes at game end" mean for magnetica? like when you beat the entire game? because I've played it a bunch and gotten a bunch of Game Overs and I haven't had a single problem yet. I'm using the latest EZ4 program, latest kernel, latest flashme on DS Heavy.

I think 'Cars' and 'Magnetica' are mixed up.

You've repeated the entry "461" twice.

..also, I find that if you edit the txt to include the new releases, you need a newline at the end of the entry, otherwise the client won't load...

At least, it wont load on Win2003.
ex:
Code:
460;blah blah;
461;blah blah;
[newline]

where [newline] is just blank space

I'm happy to test magnetica again. (Edit: All fixed now. I'm having a bender of a day.) My bad.

What happened when I played it was it worked fine. I got bored after about 10 mins so I quit, and I ended up with two black screens. I didn't get back to the main menu or anything.

Edit: I retested Magnetica and it's all working fine now. Thanks for point it out.
