Just do what i said, launch the file boot.nds and run the unbricker from it.
Nothing more nothing else.

This morning , I put unbricker2.nds and only the BOOT.NDS into my DSTT sd card.

From the DSTT menu, click on boot.nds which open a MS-DOS like menu.
Then browse into the menu to load the unbricker2.nds

My EZVi is working again.

Hello.
I have a bricked EzflashVi, and a Ez flash IV.

¿Its posible to unbrick a Ezflash Vi, using a Ezflash IV?

If it is, could anyone pass me the necesary files for the Ezflash IV, because Ezclient is not working on my no windows computer.

This would be very helpfull, because I havent got any other flashcard to revive it.

I doubt the unbricker will run properly from the slot2.

Indeed, though it might read the nds file perfectly, the slot2 is/was a problem with the new firmware.
2 days ago I updated 2 flashcarts and with one of them I forgot to take out the Slot2 3-in-1 cart, even though I used the unbricker2 file I still got the white screens problem. Easily solved it because I had 3 already updated carts and 2 NDS-Lite's. But if I had just one of them both I wouldn't take the risk with an EZ IV.
On the otherside... what could happen? It is already bricked.

BTW; EZClient still works in WindowsXP compatibility mode. (Atleast, last time I tried some years ago)

was it from v103 ?

I have several report now of bricking from the the v103 firmware, i'm wondering if it's really safe to update from this version now.

will ask ez team about the EZ4 also.

I finaly got my hands on a DSlite and used the unbricker to unbrick my Vi and update another Vi witch had prehistoric firmware

both are working like a charm on my 3ds so thnx EZflash

I see ... you didn't read the changelog of the v108a, did you ?
Let me paste it here :

V108 :

3.Firmware v101 minimum required

Why the hell you wish to use the ezclient for a homebrew ? Because the unbricker is a homebrew and does not have dldi part.

The client is for commercial games only !
Don't use it, just copy the unbricker2.0 on the miniSD of your EZ4 and run it in ds mode (require a passme or a dslite with flashme).

Well, this is quite strange because the symptom you are reporting is exactly the one i had when i tried to update from v107 to v108 using the normal firmware updater.
I fixed this issue with the unbricker 2.0.
Btw, maybe you used the unbricker 1.01 instead of the 2.0 ?

Hi, I followed step by step the instructions of the readme, but everytime I try it now the screen goes white in a DS and returns an error in my 3DS.

I updated from firmware v107 and the first unbricker, which performed well.

Is my card dead or can I do something for it?

No it's not dead, just use the unbricker 2.0 provided in the first post.
