Hello,

I have bought 4 ez-flash IV miniSD cards, and they all came with the plastic loose on the side, as you can see on the following image:

When pressing this loose plastic part, a click can be heared and sometimes this part gets stuck as I should be, but it easily opens again.

What is happening here ?
How can I fix this ? With glue ? Or opening and closing the card can fix the problem ?

This has never happened before with earlier cards.

I have the exact same problem with one I just bought. Did you happen to find a solution?

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.

That is very odd- we had some issues with the old EZ4 lites back when but the EZ4 itself has usually been considered to have a decent case (what happened with the new batches might be a different matter though).

No chance of any replacements (it only ever shipped with one case unlike the lite). You might try loosening the screw- without seeing it I am not certain but if it was overtightened it could cause an edge to pop up like that.

Well I tried loosening the screw, it didn't change it though. Is it possible that the company would offer a replacement case?

This unfortunately happens to all EZ-flash iv miniSD cards.
The only solution is glue.
