1: Can you skin the in-game menu? (RTG/RTS)
2: In the in-game walkthrough, Can you use .txt files in-game?
3: Where are the real save files for games so that i can back-up them apart? (Without everything else like menu, games and so on)
4: Where can i put my old save files on my cards with FW2.0?

1. yes. the in-game backgroup is named mys.dat in /EZ5shell. Use a png file (256x192) and png2b15.exe to convert it.
Name the converted .bin file into mys.dat. Replace kernel file in /EZ5shell. ;)
2. not directly. You have to use the wlk converter tool available on the official website or on filetrip.net.
3. in SAVE folder. i'm surprised that you have not found it by yourself. :roll:
4. in SAVE folder. saves must be named like your game's name but with .sav extension

Well, I also found a map called: ROMDAT. So i was not sure about the saves, because i think the files in that map are also saves
