I'm pretty sure all of you are thinking but what the hell is this ?
If i tell you that Cheryl has created a time machine that can bring you things from the past you will not believe me, hum ?

Well you can now, because i'm glad to announce you the release of this great tool called EZ Skin Time Machine.

This powerfull tool can convert old skins from kernel 1.6+/1.7+/1.8+/1.9+ into skin for k2.0 RC5+ !!

Time for us to bring back old skins from the past.

Important note to vista and windows 7 users :

i cant use the program :S

i get a "runtime error: 53" or "makeskin.exe error"

I have windows 7

Yeah, we already know this issue with windows 7 and GDI+, that's why Cheryl has added the possibility to choose another converter.
Use imageconverter as external program. Define it in the Option > chose "External Program" and browse to imageconverter path in /makesin folder.

Some old skins are available now in this thread.

All converted to k2.0RC5+ skin format, with this tool.

This version fix the Japanese language wrongly displayed.

still get runtime error 53 when using external program 'imageconverter'. Win7

For some reason I can't figure this out; I keep getting an error 53 code (similar to above). If it's not too much, can someone convert this viewtopic.php?f=17&t=4418 skin for me? Thanks very much.

- Menu Tools > Options.
- Select External Program
- Browse to makeskin folder and select ImageConverter.exe
- validate changes by pressing OK button.
That's it.

BTW, the skin you linked seems to be too old to be converted.
Seems to be for old kernel 1.41.
