I know the 3-in-1 can be used in conjunction with the CycloDS to play GBA games stored on the CycloDS card, can the EZ Flash IV be used the same way?

That seems sort of redundant doesn't it?

Why not just store the GBA games on the EZ4?

That point aside I do not have an answer to your question. Sorry.
