intangbl was kinda enough to translate admin's tips!

Usage Tips

1. When starting EZPDA you may select your language, currently English & Chinese are supported.
When starting EZPDA after playing a game there will be a save file in the RAM, a message will pop up and write the save file to ROM/NAND, if you would rather not write the save to the NAND press L to stop/prevent the save backup process.
Additionally the current save in RAM may be saved to any position *.s01-*.s99 by entering the EZ-disk manager section or the save folder and pressing L + R at the same time then scroll with the controll pad to the position you wish and press A. In this way you can have up to 100 saves for each ROM! (or until ROM is full).
To start your ROM with a particular save simply go to the EZ-disk manager and into save folder scroll to the save you want and press A. The save will be loaded into RAM.

2. On the desktop their are several icons:
a. EZ-disk manager. Here is the 256mbit flash & the 1Gbit nand EZ-disk, here you can read files, play ROMs, store saves & view the time (press L).
b. Recently viewed TXT ( Think bookmark )
c. EZ-word is an English learning program for Chinese language speakers.
d. Set up Time & choose language.

3. When you enter EZ-disk files will display as follows: Any ROM in the 256mbit section will display in first screen under EZ-disk folder.
Select EZ-disk folder & you will see the Save folder, then under that any ROMs or other files / folders that you have placed on the NAND section.
At this time the EZ-disk/NAND section is in FAT16 format and only supports 8.3 filenames.
When you select a ROM and press A it will hardreset & load the ROM, L+A is "soft" reset: most ROMs will load fine this way and it is faster!
4. Inside save folder *.sav is the Auto-save file for each ROM, additional manual saves that you have created will also be here.

5. TXT Viewer app, this is the viewer for .jpg, .txt etc.

Note:
1.Soft reset (L+A) is faster than Hard reset (A)
2.256Mbit roms (or roms bigger than 128mbit) will either run from the 256mbit section if they are there or if you use an EZManager version 2.04 or later the rom will be transfered from the NAND to the 256mbit section erasing the 256mbit section in the process. DS roms have no such limitations and will run directly from the NAND.

Soft and hard reset are only for starting a game.

When you hilight your rom to play, instead of just pressing the A button (Hard Reset), press the L+A button. Your DS or GBA won't fully reboot before playing the game.

This has the nasty side effect in that some games may refuse to boot / play this way, although it's less than you (or I) might think.

The other reset you're thinking of requires the game be patched and not all games support this.

From the help file :
b. In Game Operation

Softreset: Press A+B+Select+Start will reset to current game title screen. Press R+A+B+Select+Start will reset to EZPDA

you forgot:

if the game is flashed on instant save mode, simply press L+R+Select+B to save and L+R+Select+A to load be warned though; some say its the most buggest feutre on the flash cart.

I've had my own bad experenice with it, while using it for mr. nutz it worked for a bit, then when I loaded something, it froze. I later turn it back on to find that my cart had the "fat format error" and stupidly reformated and lost everything (save my gommba color save- it was on the saved it 256 part and saved after the reformat) without knowing about the trick tought here on how to get around that
