I have the rom of this GBA game and it wont work. I load it and all i get is a screen with a flashing exclamation mark. Can someone help me get this ROM to work. ANY help is appreciated

Alas this is one of the trouble games.
Try running it without any patches at all (as in clean rom).

just let it sit there for a few minutes. it'll load eventually. i have the same problem, but i don't play it on my ez flash iv....takes too long to load. it works fine on my psp though....

thanx. ill try that. ill make sure i dont mess with any patches. the thing is that this happens on my ez flash IV and when i run it on visual boy advance on my pc so thats what make me wonder.
