What do you mean ?
I don't understand.
When you start your DS, the ez5 logo is displayed in DS menu, right ?
When you press this logo, the kernel 2.0 RC6 start at once, right ?
Why are you talking about the bootloader menu (R key) ?

You mean every time you start your EZ5 you get into this menu ?
If it's the case then your DS R key must be defective or always pressed.

every time i press the Ez v logo, the bootloader menu appears

without press R button (the R button isn´t broke) and i need to press "A" always i run the ez V to quit the bootloader menu

well, and what about the "return to firmware" problem?

This is absolutely not normal. If you are sure the R key is not defective then your ez5 v1 has a broken bootloader.

Why do you think i'm talking about the bootloader ? for fun ?
Moonshell 2.0 softreset restart by calling the bootloader address. If it's a wrong bootloader than it crash.
Try to fix your problem by following the gbatemp link i gave you.

well, the problem persist
1 i´ve formated the sd card using the panasonic formatter
2 i´ve downgrade de ez kernel to rhe 1,70 version
3 i´ve updated to the 2.00rc6
4 i´ve format again
5 i´ve uploaded to the 2.00rc6 again
to update the ez v, i need to rename the ez5sys.bin to ez5upldr.bin, isn´t it? if i don´t rename the file the follow menssage appear
"Fatal error!! ezupldr.bin not found.
quit updating

my bootloader screen got the blue screen and white letters

Where have you seen a step where i tell to rename the ez5sys.bin into ez5upldr.bin ?
Never do this on your EZ5 v1 or you will one day brick it !
Update the EZ5upldr.bin that came with kernel 1.70 as said on gbatemp thread and you are done.

If your bootloader menu is blue and white then the bootstrap update is already done. This risky step is done. Good thing. ;)

But at last, stop renaming bin files ! If you continu to do so, you will brick your ez5 v1.

to upload the firmware i need to rename the bin file, the ez 5 v. 1 don´t recognize the ez5sys.bin and need the ez5upldr.bin. i´ve read i need to rename the bin file in the official page
if i don´t need to rename the bin file, how i can update?

Wow. Never thought i have to explain again this, step by step. :(
I have made a special for your case :

- download kernel 1.70
- unzip only the file ez5upldr.bin on root
- start your DS and stay in menu
- hold R and touch ezv logo to enter bootloader menu
- press R again to update the ez5upldr.bin file

- when it's finished, press A to enter the loader
- you can delete the ez5upldr.bin. It will never be used again.

Now your EZ5 v1 can boot normally new kernels and your moonshell 2.0 soft reset crash is probably fixed.

Important note : STOP RENAMING THE FILE EZ5SYS.BIN INTO EZ5UPLDR.BIN OR YOU WILL ONE DAY BRICK YOUR EZ5 v1 !

Mbmax, is it correct to just have ez5h.nds in the moonshl2/resetmse folder to be able to return to firmware using the start button in MoonShell Child Zwai Edition? Is that the only file I need there in that location? Because the start of this thread has the ez5s.nds file also but I noticed this download package was made for Moon Shell 2.0. Can you shed some light on my question? Thank you as always for taking time to answer a question. :)
