hey guys, i wanna know if the EZFLASH have any possibility to make a flashcart slot 2 to play psx games in the NDS like the EZFlash 3 in 1.

and sorry for the bad english, i only speak german and portuguese.

the DS is much too crappy to emulate PSX!!

so the answer is: NO WAY!

The DS can't emulate GBA without EZFlash 3 in 1..... DS don't has power to emulate perfectly like the 3 in 1. I think that is possible to play psx games with a good acessory in the slot 2, and nothing like the EZFlash to build this. And one more thing, psx is 32 bits like gba.

I really want to say the same thing as lurbi but that wouldn't help explain it at all. The general 'rule' is that in order to achieve 100% performance in an emulator the system it is running on must have 10x the power of the emulated system. The PSX has a 33.4MHz cpu and also a GPU (MHz unknown). This would mean you would have to have at least a 334MHz CPU to run the games (going by the 'rule'). The GBA only has 16.7MHz... Another factor is the RAM. The PSX has 2MB of RAM and 1MB of video RAM. The GBA has 288KB of RAM and 96KB of video RAM.

We would be more likely to see a GBA emulator on the PSX but I doubt even that would happen.
