Ok, you may not think these are related but they are. Both times I tried to use cheats on Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones, they wouldn't work. The cheats would show up fine and I can turn them on or off, but they don't actually change anything. So, you may be thinking "Well, just use your save file with an emulator, cheat, and put the new save on the cart". Wrong. I have trouble with VBA too. I found how to load the .sav file, but whenever I try to save it doesn't overwrite the file. I know how to export the .sav, but its the same as when I first loaded it. It will act like it is saving, and do the cool motion signifying it saves, but it changes nothing. Thanks in advance for any help.
