it can be used with EZClient, EZ3Manager, EZ4Client, 3in1tools, or put into moonshl with EZ5 1.8x kernel.

I agree the GBA is all but finished.
Nothing special remains undumped (mainly beta, v1 and 2 in 1 packs). For those wondering about the bratz it apparently never pre'd and dump date was before the others.

There is no NDS xcode.

File format? I do not know (and it is not simple to reverse engineer like the other formats and being part of the core of the carts the EZTeam were not inclined to share).

What it does. It allows the GBA cht files to be used and GBA soft reset from the client app.
Note there is stuff like BOMA (for soft reset) and GBAATM or perhaps GABSharky (GBAATM was designed as a replacement and arguably surpasses it) and so on (trainers) for cheats.
