 Post subject: Backing up 1 in 88 game carts

I would welcome your help. I recently bought a 1 in 88 nintendo DS game cart, is there any of these tools which will back this up, considering the size of the data on the chip?. Like other flash cards I believe this is a ram chip that could, if it went corupt could be reflashed, if only I new which tools would do the job
