It's not possible at this stage. Numerous people have said they would like to remove the language teacher (for lack of a better name) from the loader build, but as I said, it just isn't possible.

It isn't possible? I thought the company could make a new OS version that could remove it, if the english demand it long enough.

The builder won't start on my pc.

It instantly crashes...

just run build.bat instead. My Win2000 computer does the same thing.

What's the point of removing it from the loader? If you just don't like seeing it then edit a skin so the area for that icon is pure white and run the batch file (optionally deleting AppleDict.dat).
