Hi there !
Well, it's my first attempt to skin my ezv so ...
and i've decided to try it under kernel 1.5.

In memory of one of my very first computer, Amiga from Commodore.

Here it is :

Image Image

skin for 1.5 / skin for 1.6x

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Image

clock plugin for kernel 1.62

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Edit: Uploaded a new zip because i forgot to put client.bmp inside. :P

Edit 2 : new version with ez_dpg.bmp and ez-gif.bmp fixed into ez_gif.bmp.
Also re-encode startup.mp3 in 96kbp and 32 khz, so now it won't lag any more ...
Deleted noclose.bmp (not supported by ezv kernel) and duplicate titlea.bmp into titled.bmp

Edit 3 : i have modified my skin so now it's compatible with the new kernel 1.6 and better. :)
Just dezip content into /moonshl directory

Edit 4 :
- added ez_image.bmp to be compatible with new kernel 1.62
- added AmigaOS4 clock plugin. This one is displayed when backlight timeout is reached. Just put this in your /moonshl directory as usual and delete clk_bluemoon2.bin, clk_bluemoon2.ini, clk_bluemoon2.msp in plugin directory.

Thank you for your reply Shrinex.
You know how hard is to do those skins, besides when it's the first one. ;)

I have updated my first post because client.bmp was missed and also i realized that beta kernel skin (i-phone) has a wrong name i think. ez-gif.bmp instead of ez_gif.bmp :?

Did you notice that Shrinex ?

I have updated my skin with ez_dpg.bmp and fixed startup.mp3 bitrate, so now startup music won't lag any more. ;)

Ho ! well.
As you can see, i use 2 differents colors for titlea.bmp (active bar window) and titled.bmp (inactive bar window).
Sky blue for active one and grey for inactive.
My problem is that ezv kernel doesn't use noclose.bmp for inactive bar, it uses just closebtn.bmp for both :(

So i let this bmp file in my skin, perhaps one day ezv kernel will use it, like SCDS one moonshell does ;)

Edit : Just updated (again) my skin, with same active and inactive bar, so now closebtn.bmp match for both.
noclose.bmp file deleted :P

What about my skin in new kernel v1.6, hum ?

Well, it freeze because many files are missing ... :?

In fact, here are new files needed in /moonshl/skin directory :

- bright_down.bmp (32x32)
- down_down.bmp (49x51)
- ez5_desktop.bmp (i will just rename my desktop.bmp into ez5_desktop.bmp)
- help_down.bmp (32x32)
- reserve_down.bmp (32x32)
- run_down.bmp (113x37)
- setup_down.bmp (32x32)
- shutdown_down.bmp (32x32)
- up_down.bmp (49x51)

I have just tried to do those new picture with the template from kernel 1.5 but it seems that many part are not compatible. :?
For example :
run_down.bmp (start button pressed) is 113 x 37 in new skin where the field in template is 110 x 37
Up_down.bmp (up arrow pressed) is 49 x 51 where the field in template is 47 x 47
down_down.bmp (down arrow pressed) is 49 x 51 where the field in template is 47 x 47

Oh well !

Edit :
Ok. To be more simple i have modified previous kernel 1.5 template to fit with the new kernel 1.6.

Here it is.

New kernel 1.62 use now only ez_image.bmp to display pictures files.
So ez_gif.bmp and ez_jpg.bmp are no longer used.

I have decided just to add ez_image.bmp to my skin so it will be compatible 1.6/61 and 1.62 as well.
And added AmigaOS 4 clock plugin. This one is displayed when backlight timeout is reached.

First post edited and new skin updated. ;)
