Thank you belmontslayer, yes i know is a kernel thing, buy why didn't they implemented it in the first place. Its a very useful future, specially for a game like metal slug and contra.

Put together a new pack containing everything save the skinning tools.
Grab here:
http://www.4shared.com/file/16297967/e4 ... lient.html

Patch from the 11th of May which fixes roms: 0876 1009 1012
This translates as Wario master of disguise, diddy kong euro version and a nodame cantibile I think.

GBA list updated to shrek the third (a whole 13 roms in one month)
Thread: http://ezflash.sosuke.com/viewtopic.php?t=1088&start=0 , download with spreadsheet if you want it here
DS rom list updated to Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End
Thread: http://ezflash.sosuke.com/viewtopic.php?t=905

Translations (* = new this update):

Dutch (Nederlands) Soepkip and people on IRC.
English
French (Français)
German (Deutsch) Thanks Whynot
Hungarian (magyar) Thanks davido2
*Italian (Italiano)
*Polish (język polski) Thanks Ekansik
*Spanish (Español) Thanks GreyLord
Swedish (Svenska) Thanks Heinrisch
Simplified Chinese.
There would be a Korean translation as well: http://ezflash.sosuke.com/viewtopic.php?t=907&start=15 but I can not seem to decode it, if someone could help that would be great.

Modulo's hacked loader is present, it fixes some issues with the GBA roms for everyone (those with EZ4 or EZ4 lites were using an old loader). There is also a nonds version where the only loader is the GBA one should you want such a thing, seperate download here: http://www.4shared.com/file/13462156/87 ... NoNDS.html

New in this version is xitpu's autoupdate. It requires .net 2.0 but it is a small app to help you grab the newest DS rom lists, more here:
http://ezflash.sosuke.com/viewtopic.php?t=5104

DLDI files added, bundled as well is the alternative DLDI that those with slow cards can use.
Original download http://nds.cmamod.com/ez4/ez4sd_alt_dldi.zip

Update day today, another full release but I just pulled the patch and added it to the client pack I made up on Sunday (see post above).
Download:
http://www.4shared.com/file/16419620/13 ... _2007.html

Roms 1027 1085,1086,1093

I think that comes out as Momotarou Dentetsu DS Tokyo and Japan, Code Lyoko, Custom Beat Battle and Touch the Dead.

Now worries ellipsis.

@hariboo reset is broken currently, you can manually edit it though by editing the ez4para.ini in [main drive]:\WINDOWS\Temp

darksoth if you have a loader that works for you that is fine, you do not need to update.

hariboo I do not know, EZ4 Client has not actually been updated since october (aside from that it is pretty stable).

Question: How high on the GBA ROM list did they add in support for resetting?

That would be the ez_flash.bin, if I recall it was up to around rom 2500.

However there is BOMA (boot o matic advance) and various patchers like GBATA: http://www.gbadat.altervista.org/tools.htm

BOMA (link under the name BOMA, I may also have some stuff around my machine):

ez_flash.bin = xcode, right?

Where exactly does that file go? Is it used by the client or by the cart?

And are you typically using BOMA over GBATA? I tried GBATA, and I didn't get nearly as good results.

BTW: Does the GBATA remove intro thing remove spash screens from original ROMs, or does it just remove group intros?

GBATA removes simple intros, more complex ones need IPS patches.
see
here:
http://ezflash.sosuke.com/wiki/index.ph ... Clean_roms
here:
http://www.advanscene.com/
here:
http://arcvoreppin.free.fr/ips/
and here:
http://www.gbadat.altervista.org/

for info and/or patches, note also that some new intros/hacks are made so as not to change the crc32 value: you have to use md5 or sha1.

xcode = ez_flash.bin yeah and it goes in the sysbin directory, it is used by the client (actually all EZFlash carts apps) although I do not know how it is used or how it is made up (I and a few others have tried in the past).

Personally the switch is easy enough for me to avoid patching, BOMA may get better results but chances are it will be less stable, some 128mbit roms may end up over 128mbit as well if you use BOMA.

Hmm... The client, you say? It doesn't seem to mind it if the files are gone. ::shrugs:: It's a mystery, I guess.

About BOMA... I'm gonna try it on my resetless ROMs and see what happens.

This would normally be an edit, but since I was so wrong....

The EZClient DOES look for that file, even though it may not gripe about it. Without the XCode, you can't patch newer titles.
