Yeah 3in1 works ONLY with EZV... but I already have an M3 Simply so I don't want to buy the EZV, I only want the 3in1. So I'm waiting for the patch to come out before buying the 3in1 to make sure that I'd be able to run GBA, Rumble & Browser work altogether with my M3 Simply.

And what does M3DSS's kernel do when you select a GBA game? It's going to take more than a "patch" to get all that stuff working unless R4 adds it to their software and M3 later releases a mirror update (in which case, you are asking in the wrong forum).
What is on the table so far:
-Next week (still needs a lot of work, so I can't be 100% sure on that) I will release a .nds homebrew that will allow flashing and/or booting of GBA from 3in1 using any dldi enabled (read&write) slot 1 cart (including M3/R4), as well as some form of save management.
-I almost have a browser patch working, hopefully the problem I have with it is one that can be solved. At least, from R4 I have the browser booting without giving an expansion pack error now, though it crashes anyway.
-It's going to take more work to discover how to reboot to R4/M3's menu, but once that is done a quick .nds homebrew to start the 3in1 in rumble mode and go back to R4/M3's menu will be do-able. Hopefully then individual games will not need to be patched at all. No time line on this, I haven't figured out a way to dump R4's soft reset code, or whether the method is workable.
Does that explain to you why I asked "which one" now? I could see a per game patch to make rumble work, a patch to make the browser work, but the rest of it would need dedicated software since R4/M3 is unlikely to support a different brand expansion pack directly.
So that "next week" thing you guys are working on is some sort of .NDS homebrew, that once launched (from any slot1 device) will boot in GBA mode directly using the 3in1?
That would be awesome!
Question: I own both M3 Simply & EZ3 1gb (formated in NDS mode), my DS is Flashed with Flashme v7, now if I place both cards into my DS, and boot it, the EZ3 is booted and not the simply. I'm pretty sure is due to the Flashme, but is the 3in1 acting as such? Like if I have it in my Slot 2 and have my M3Simply in slot one, will my DS boot the slot2 3in1 directly?
The main reason I want the 3in1 (beside it's very low cost) is to use it for GBA purpose and use my Simply for NDS, if it supports the rumble of my DS games and the possibility of supporting the browser from my M3Simply, it would be all too perfect.
Same Question concerning the DS-X
Personally I use the EZ-V, but for my children the DS-X is a lot easier in use, so I hope that it also works (even if it's just for GBA) with that card.
