downloaded them, seen as I am back in my hometown I wrestled the EZ4 original from my little brother, copied all files across:
picodrive: seems to be working fine, admittedly I did not put it through it's paces.
dsorganise: all initiated ok and saved my scribble picture
rein: copied my advance wars save without issue.
Using EZ4 original, flashme modified DS, generic sandisk 512 (no unusual cluster size, almost full and probably fairly fragmented)

Thanks FAST, kinda obvious joke, but dang that was FAAAST!
Had me worried for a sec that the SD routines weren't working with miniSD (though I am sure we would have heard about it long before now). I'm assuming the user was doing something wrong... can't think of what though.
Has anyone notified the author of ScummVMDS about the write feature being discovered in the fatlib? I'd love to see that make the next ScummVM release, but the incorporation and knowledge of it(from someone only an observer of the scene) seems kinda sparse. I worry he might not even know it exists.
From the main site ( http://scummvm.drunkencoders.com/ ):
EZ Flash IV/IV Lite Yes No No I am awaiting a sample in the post for testing. Will probably be supported in the next version. Zip method works fine.
Maybe we should start a new sticky topic, where we could put links to app's in ezIV version. Topic with only links. Something like "The Ultimate Skin Thread" but it would be "The Ultimate Apps Thread".
BTW: Have you got some plans about other apps? Mayby you are working at some project at this moment?
@Ekansik the wiki has a list of homebrew that is a bit outdated but still quite good: http://ezflash.sosuke.com/wiki/index.ph ... 4_Homebrew I am also in the process of redoing the entire ports and emulators section of the wiki:
http://ezflash.sosuke.com/wiki/index.ph ... WIP_remake although admittedly it is taking a while to do and I am only doing simple articles at this stage (I have not even added pictures and how to get things working yet).
Also I imagine more homebrew if it decides to use FAT access will be supported by default now the EZ4 is in libfat and if this DLDI buisness takes off then things will get that much easier: http://chishm.drunkencoders.com/DLDI/index.html
Extract "dsdoom110-EZ4.ds.gba" to your memory card
I have tested this with Doom1 Shareware and Doom2 retail WADs. With Doom2, I did experience the occasional crash while loading savegames. In my case, a reset is all it took to get back up and running.
If you do change WADs, delete all your savegames prior to playing.
For those who are interested, this was compiled using chishm's new DLDI interface. So if a working EZ-V DLDI interface is ever created, it should be a simple matter of making this compatible.
Thanks Scrawl, ratx and JefKlak for this, I will (or someone else can) add it to the wiki in the new emulation section.
Kudos on using the new DLDI business as well, personally I think it is the best thing to happen in DS homebrew in absolutely ages, wonder if a EZ3 one can be made).
So, with my retail DOOM2.wad, I get this message during startup:
I_Read: read failed: EOF
I'm supposed to be renaming it doom.wad when I put it in, correct?
And with my Doom.wad, it always freezes for me in Episode 2 Level 2 (Containment Area). When I finally got to the Exit, it froze when I activated the button. When it freezes, the screens just go blank, not white or black, just blank like the system isn't on. The LED starts to blink as if the game has forced itself into sleep mode, but opening and closing the system cannot make it retreat from what looks like sleep mode.
Rein not working, everytime i use it, it would delete my saver folder, actually, it corrupts it, i can still see the files if i try to locate lost clusters. Can you fix that or repost your previous build. Thanks.

Rein (both 16,17) is still giving me problems, it seems to have problems writing 64k and 8kb game save types. If I write a 512kb, 256kb, 4kb, etc, it's fine, but I have problems writing 64kb and 8kb size saves, like castlevania, or new super mario.
