Not that anyone cares anymore, but I just made up a RomBuildPro.rom (that's the core skin file for the EZIII) of loader 1.28, the one from EZManager 2.20. RAR Archive

Sorry, I switched webhosts and I seem to have lost that file. Please use DSPDA. It has the same functionality as 1.28 but with the added feature of being able to boot into NDS mode.
