Actually the first point should be pretty easy.

Check for a path, check to see if the drive is ready (ie there is a disk in there), and then copy the file and kill the original.

@JinksKid, do you have the unzip.ocx file in the same dir as EZSkinner ?

yep. its in the same folder.

Make a text file in the EZSkinner directory with:

Rename it to .bat and run it then try again.

Program updated.

Looks like Vista breaks compatibility with VB controls (at least this one). Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do -- short of recoding everything in another language. Expect more of this to happen under Vista...

Updated to add select bug.

Brilliant, thanks for the update Cracker.

A quick note - the select bug should be 2 pixels higher. It should overwrites the bottom 2 rows of pixels of select.jpg, not add them underneath it.

Maybe on the next version, you could add Cory's latest version of EZ4Skin? There were some improvements in the text skinning for the 1.7 firmware

I'll try to get the newer version of EZ4Skin incorporated into EZSkinner. I would do it right now but I want to make sure I thoroughly examine the changes made to batch files (if there are any) since I altered the old ones a bit.

Also while we are giving bug fixes, i think the select image is one pixel to the right more. I think, can anyone else confirm this?

EDIT: yeh it is!
and also the window.jpg images appears much higher and to the left.

it would be good if the previews showed the where-abouts of "[dISK]/" and "Nds Loader v.??". That would help alot when trying to figure out where these appear on the loader so the skin can be altered to suit there locations, se everything seems more asthetically pleasing.

Wow! Didn't know that the window was so far off... I was just going by a skin mockup or template and never realized it was that far off. I guess noone else did either or I'm sure I would have heard about it. Thanks for the heads up.

As for the select bug... I made all the surrounding pixels a very different color and then tested it on my EZ4 and it's exactly the same as I'm seeing on the preview -- starts on the same x as the select bar.

I'm thinking about getting the text in there for the mockup but unfortunately don't have time (or patience) for it right now...
