Well, after lookin through most of the given solutions in the site my 256 mbit section doesn't work at all.

I tried the EZ3Check, I have to keep clicking Erase a lot before it actually attemps. When it does attempt, I get a 256 Nor ID error which I proceed through.

When I use the manager, I can't format the 256 mbit or write any GBA roms to it. The progress bar says writing, but it doesn't increase at all.

I hope someone can assit me on this. I probably won't return it back because everything else is fine, but I probably would have to buy another one. I want some DS games (Mainly Megaman Battle Network 5 DS) to recognize a GBA rom so I can get the secrets for it. I heard its only possible if its in that section.

Assuming you're using the newest version of the software to format, I think you've covered everything. I don't know of any other way to access or repair the NOR section.
