After I used the latest rombuilder (1.280) to make my own GBA loader and loaded it onto EZ3 using EZManager, everytime I start EZManager it tells me there is a newer EZPDA and if I want to update it or not, even though I already have v1.28.
Take the RomBuildPro.rom from the sysbin directory under the EZManager directory and overwrite the one that is inside the RomBuilder directory. Then recompile your loader and you will have the most up to date version of the loader. Take the EZPDA.GBA file, rename it loader.bin for version 2.08 of EZManager or older or loader_GBA.bin for version 2.09 or newer, then overwrite the one found in the sysbin folder and write the loader to your cart.

Ah yeah EZManager can be a pain in the ass with that message even if it's up to date. I've no idea why it happens sometimes and not others even when you have an up to date version of the loader. I think it might be due to the loader.bin (or loader_GBA.bin) not containing the right version number but when you download it or EZManager searches it it finds out another version number.
