This game was only dumped a few days ago but there is already a trainer, it comes to us from NDSBBS (they are also responsible/play host to many of the English to Chinese translations that exist).

The game is similar in vein to Advance wars although less cartoony in approach (the series it comes from has been around for ages as well).

Patch is in IPS format, I have not tried it out on EZ stuff yet.
It is activated via in game key pressing as opposed to an "intro", it for the Blue army only (read the NFO below).

Sweet! I probably will never play this since I'm sure it relies on Japanese a lot but it is good that there is another group doing trainers now!
