Simply because I am too tired to really complain,

On the very first pageis a pdf document that, while it doesn't tell you exactly how to do this it gets you to the correct area you need to be in, should help you out. Essentially copying a save file is done the same way that you move over the rom image into the 1G side. Once you are on the 1G side, there will be a folder ther called SAVER. double click on that in the manager, then browse over to your save file and copy it over the same way you copy over the rom image.
