i have one of the first DS ever made (meaning, this was before Nintendo put any security or whatnot into the DS). My question is, can my 4gbit EZ-Flash III play nintendo DS games such as Pearl and Diamond, without a passme card?

If it is an early model DS you could use wifime to run flashme:

There is however no way of running DS code from the GBA slot without some kind of extra hardware.
