Try using ezmanager2.20 as it is the most compatible software. double-click on EZ-Mode.exe and put it on EZ-3???. Unplug the Writer and plug it back in. Open EZ-Manager.exe. Format your cart keeping the default settings that appear when formating. Write the OS for GBA and not NDS(if you have the pop-up that is). sync the system clock. put a game in the root folder of the cart. put in gba and turn it on. if it doesn't work, then I can't help you...sorry.
