 Post subject: EZ Flash II question

I just got an EZ Flash II PS. I downloaded the drivers and software. The writer is ready to go because the green light is on, but when I try to open the writer program, it says there is an error and it must close. Any suggestions? Thanks

May be wrong software, download EzClient324 and reinstall driver from that version.
