 Post subject: Password on ROM?

Few questions.
1. Does EZClient only recognize roms stored on Flash Memory?
2. Whats the "Password" tab is for? Can you put password on ROM?
3. If not, is there any other program you can use to put password on a ROM?

Apologies, but I dont use EzClient, I dont have a Ez2 cart.
