Hi,

It has been a while since I sold my EZ Flash 3, and I was just wondering if things like Real Time Save was ever implemented and things like that? The EZ Manager won't let me check out roms without an EZ Flash 3 plugged in.

The only things over the EZ4 GBA wise are compression and real time save (called instant save).

Oh and DS homebrew uses the NOR.

Hmmm interesting, they got real time save now too eh?

One new question, how good is the Real Time Save? I remember that some older carts with RTS were so glitchy it was almost impossible to use, whereas the M3 products did it quite well.

It is by no means flawless/emulator grade but it is quite reliable (perhaps 70% or more).

First of all the EZ flash 3 in 1 is only a gba expansion pack with rumble and browser ram functions.It doesn't work without a slot 1 card.So no it alone can't play gba roms and you don't need it at all to play nds roms.The m3 perfect bundle is a slot 1 card with the gba expansion for slot 2 so with this package you can play nds and gba roms along with a whole slew of other systems by using emulators.

That is something of a bump but it appears you are mistaken- the EZ3 is an older model cart from the EZTeam and acts as a standalone GBA cart (indeed a quick straw poll of those who play in such worlds would probably say it is one of the best GBA carts there is).
The 3 in 1 or to give it the full name the EZ5 3 in 1 is as you say an expansion pack.
