EZ-Flash USA Forum

A long time ago, I had an EZ3. It was the best GBA flash cart I had ever had the pleasure of using, even if write times were a little slow. I loved the customizable interface, the high compatibility, pretty much everything about it.

However, sadly, it was stolen from me at some point, and ever since, I've been unable to find one of any size anywhere in the world. Do ANY shops in the world still carry these old marvels, or is anyone willing to sell a used (but fully functional) one? I know I should probably upgrade to the EZIV or EZV 3-in-1, but I don't know anything about the IV and the 3-in-1 always loses my saves when I switch games, respectively.

I have not seen one new in years and used they are still highly desirable so they do not come cheap on the rare occasions they appear.

The EZ4 is much like the EZ3 but uses miniSD (or microSD instead for some models*) although it does not have rom compression support and savestates.

* http://www.neoconsolas.com/tienda/ezfla ... -p-70.html is probably the best model of EZ4 (on the desirability scale of EZ gear it is only just behind the EZ3) but it is DS lite sized so you will need to do a bit of case modding. You do not want a EZ4 lite compact and most of the other ones you will find are miniSD using devices for which you really do want a miniSD.

As FAST6191 said, EZ-Flash IV may suit your needs.
If you don't want to mod the case, you could always pick up the original EZIV, it's GBA sized and uses MiniSD cards.

I have NO IDEA what that sites like, but even just for reference, that's the product I'm talking about.

So your options are, EZ-Flash IV Lite + modding, EZ-Flash IV MiniSD, or continue searching for an EZ-Flash III.

i doubt you will ever find a EZIII to buy online

but i have 2 of them if you are really desperate
i plan to keep 1
becuz its the only real-time save capable for GBA i am aware of
