Yeah. Just now I tried to utilise the rumble feature in the latest version of Lameboy DS. 1) Ensure 3-in-1 is inserted into DS ( ) 2) Touch the Button on the EZ-V Menu to enable rumble (As I do for Elite Beat Agents, which rumbles fine ) 3) Load Lameboy.nds 4) Ensure the "enable rumble" setting in Lameboy is enabled 5) Load PokemonPinball.gbc (My naming convention is more meticulous than this, this is just for the sake of argument) 6) Enable rumble in-game (mild or strong) 7) No Rumble
Is there something I'm missing? Since Commercial DS apps can use the rumble without being patched for the EZ-V+, I assumed that the same could be said for Homebrew. Perhaps I was mistaken...
Does anyone know if this is the case, or if I'm simply doing something wrong. I'm asking here first because I predict I shall encounter "complications" patching, since I'm a Linux user (these applications are rarely made/ported for/to Linux).

Had the same problem, the rumble test option doesn't do anything. I don't have any desire to play any games that actually support rumble so it's almost a non-issue.

Actually, I can confirm that Lameboy's "Rumble Test" doesn't seem to function either. Oh well; at least it isn't "just me". Perhaps like most problems it will be fixed in a future Kernel version... Only time will tell.

Yeah, I've always wondered about this too, but don't really play any rumble games (or care enough about rumble in them) to mind. Can anyone verify whether it works on non-EZ-V flash cards, using GBAExpLoader to set rumble mode?

Just a thought, but do you think using GBAExpLoader on an EZ-V would work? What I mean is, if there aren't any glaring problems with that idea, that *may* be worth a shot.
