EZ-V on 1.72 OB, phat DS, 1gb no-name microSD card.

The rom is European version, trimmed with ndstrim by Shortfuse and Stephen, which I trust.

The problem: I'm quite far in the game, 11+ hours gone. When entering a certain city, it just hangs forever at the black loading screens.

Since it's just this one city (SW Saronia in case someone feels like a test), I just want to check the most probable cause. Corrupted rom? Kernel? Bad MicroSD? Any ideas welcome.

Edit: oh yeah. I'm above cheats, so even the mode is off, and the rom is clean.

Just updated to kernel 1.83, and it works fine!

From the symptom of one city I would've guessed something else than a kernel bug, but it works now!
