This theme looks great, but the link is down. Reupload please?

I am not entirely sure what theme you are referring to but viewtopic.php?f=13&t=2283 has several of the skins made for the EZ4 hosted on this site and so should be available if the original links are not. I might have two or three somewhere on my computer that are not otherwise uploaded but I doubt it and I do not know of another place for EZ4 skins (EZ5 and other stuff certainly but not EZ4).

Likewise if you need some of for the GBA then viewtopic.php?f=4&t=313 has several that the EZ4 can also use (several of the programs to build skins should delete any EZ3 specific stuff.
