For the sake of someone else who arrives at this thread by accident the DS rom dumper of choice these days have moved away from rudolph's tools (they miss an area of the header out newer roms use) towards wood dumper which does not.
Once you have it and have it loaded up it should be just a matter of following the on screen instructions.

thanks for reply BUT:
when i press UP while booting, nuthing happens.
i dont want to use woodumper, i can use NDS_Backup_Tools_NDS-iND too. but it doesnt wirte to the EZ-FLASH NOR, just starts backuping... the 3in1 think works with NOR... thats very strange..
I do not follow your logic. The EZ4 has a mini or microSD inside which it writes to instead of using NOR as it is faster and easier to manage. Indeed it is one of the great advantages of having such a device on hand- sending it out over wifi or using the NOR of a 3 in 1 is just a stopgap/why not/last resort sort of thing.
I am afraid I am not much use when it comes to the cycloDS specifics- I just grabbed that link off a search so if you have an issue with that it is probably best to ask in their forums.
Equally is there are reason when woodumper would not be used or is it just pure personal preference?
