Maybe the lite version uses Transflash cards. Those things are tiny. About the size of your thumb nail, if not a bit smaller.

There's no way it could without an adapter (which isn't that probable I'm sure since there is a regular DS version). It looks like the connector wouldn't make any contact at all.

Speaking of this... Wouldn't it piss people off if there were DS lite only games released?!

Transflash and minisd are the same thing. My motorola phone is an mp3 player and it uses transflash/minisd cards to hold music on.

I beg to differ. MiniSD Vs Transflash. You can see the size of the MiniSD next to the Transflash card. Transflash is almost half the size.

Transflash == microSD.. about half the size of miniSD.

I was more curious that there is going to be an EZ4 that is only for the DS Lite and I was hoping that it would work with standard DS's as well. I don't know what the differences are going to be, however it seemed that in order to make it DS lite only it might have to plug in the DS slot, not the GBA slot.

This is all speculation on my behalf.

I'm really into getting one of those Lites and selling off my Mario Kart Red DS for it...I'm a bit worried about the time it may take to get through the firmware though. It'd be nice to see the DS Lite feature an update to the firmware so that it can be accessed during games for clock check/pictochat possibilities. Another cool idea would be to utilize that screen the GBA doesn't use...
